This website gives you many option similar to photoshop. The simple version of photo editing is free and does not require a sign in name. The upgrade is $4.95 a month, but gives you many more options in your creativity. These are a few pictures that I edited. Just for fun.

Tips for Keeping Up Energy All Day
I have been sleeping a lot lately, but I still feel tired. I came across 20 tips in my Natural Health magazine that are specific to keeping energy levels high all day.
1. Breathe before you get out of bed
2. Splash cold water on your face (this can trigger your brain from sleep mode to awake mode)
3. Stretch Yourself
4. EAT BREAKFAST
- energy levels and cognitive performance will suffer if you don't eat a proper breakfast.
- skip coffee and scones
- eat eggs and green tea
5. Take a break from technology before lunch
6. Have a morning snack
7. Eat fiber in your lunch
- beans are a great for fiber and protein
8. Get moving
9. Soak up some sundays
10. Eat fruit for dessert instead of sugary sweets
11. Snack at 3pm
12. Afternoon stretch
13. Stay hydrated
- the body feels tired when its dehydrated
14. workout for 30 minutes daily
15. Challenge yourself in the kitchen
- cook with your non dominating hand
- brain activity increases from using your non dominating hand
16. Cook a balanced dinner
17. Shut down electronics one hour before sleep
18. Take a bath before bed
19. Try to make your bedtime regular
20. Enjoy spending time with friends or family

Fitness Inspiration
My best friend, Ali, decided to run... and she inspired me to get off the couch and run too. My experience was great but short lived. She on the other hand, completed a half marathon (13 miles) this Fall, an accomplishment that amazes and inspires me. Way to go Ali and Jess Burchill!
